VTel has scheduled a maintenance window on 9/23/11 at 11:00 PM to upgrade software running on our Boston router. No downtime is expected during this maintenance window.

The Internet connectivity issue should be resolved now.  The culprit was an invalid IP message in the routing protocol that the Internet relies on, which exposed a software bug in our Juniper routing hardware.  We have put in place a work-around for now, and will be performing a software upgrade in coming days.  Watch this page for an update on when the maintenance will occur.

We are experiencings issues with Internet connectivity.  The problem appears to be upstream with one of our providers, and we are investingating.  We apologize for any trouble and are working to resolve this quickly.
