Recently changes were made to our outbound mail server so it aggressively filters mail being sent with an IP Address that originates overseas. Any mail sent from a address coming from an overseas IP Address is automatically blocked. If you are a customer traveling for business or leisure and will need the ability to send email from your email account, please contact Tech Support at 888-242-7584 so that your block may be lifted. It’s much like notifying your bank when you are traveling so they can allow your card to work while you are away. We are more than happy to make this change for our customers, but the servers can’t be left open due to the major increase in spamming.
