VTel is currently seeing issues with certain neighborhoods in Saxton’s River requiring a reboot of your equipment. In some cases, you may not have VTel service again until we have performed a reboot on your device. Our team is working on this issue currently to get a solution in place. We apologize for any frustration. 

Feb. 28 to Mar. 7, 2026 - VTelevision Service - Sun Outages

Starting on Feb. 28 to Mar. 7, customers may experience brief TV signal interruptions on certain channels due to seasonal satellite alignment (“sun outages”). These events are temporary, typically lasting only a few minutes, and resolve automatically. This is a natural phenomenon outside of VTel’s control.
