VTel Round Up for Change: Make An Impact in Our Community
2026: Meals and Wheels
Meals and Wheels of Greater Springfield is a local organization of volunteers devoted to making sure your neighbors are safe and have enough to eat. This is accomplished with volunteer drivers and board members in partnership with Senior Solutions, the area agency on aging in southeastern Vermont.
Meals and Wheels volunteer drivers deliver approximately 500 meals per week to nearly 100 residents of Springfield, Chester, Baltimore, and Weathersfield. Adults over 60 years of age, and others with disabilities, who are unable to shop or cook meals for themselves qualify for our services. In addition to delivering meals, our drivers provide opportunities for social contact and a wellness check three times per week.
100% of all VTel Round Up for Change contributions will benefit Meals and Wheels, starting January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026.
