Attention graduating high school students, parents and educators:
The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) in cooperation with the NTCA and VTel has officially opened their scholarship application portal for 2026. Since its inception, the FRS has awarded over $1 million in scholarships, supporting the continuing education of America’s rural youth. To be eligible to apply, students must live in a VTel-customer household. Applications are now open and will close on: February 14, 2026. Winners will be announced in April/May 2026.
