Log-on to your SmartHub Portal and follow directions below, or simply call us at 802-885-9000 and request to change your billing preferences.

- Log-on to your SmartHub Portal

- Find the green menu bar and hover over MY PROFILE. Click on MY INFORMATION from the menu.
STEP 3
- Find the UPDATE MY PAPERLESS settings tab and click on it.
STEP 4
- Click on the ON/OFF button, until “ON” is highlighted in ORANGE.
